For one, its absurd how little is paid out for the phone exchanged for the new phone. For two, the S25+ has battery charging issues. For three, the AI is useless. Four, don't preload a phone with Its a downgrade. I'm looking forward to my next phone, which for the first time in well over a decade may not be the next Samsung.

This phone is complete trash. I had an old galaxy and knew I should not go back to Samsung. Apps don't load or are extremely slow. I have had to reboot the phone several times a day to get it to reconnect. I am outside of the 30 day return window so I am stuck. When I attempted to answer the phone one day it somehow went into speaker phone and then started an outgoing call, the other person could hear me but I could only hear the phone ringing. This phone is very slow. Words can not be added to the dictionary, for whatever reason it will not "swipe" the word remember. I have to type it every time it's used. No headphone plug should have been enough to turn me away but I gave them another chance. It is very difficult to disable some features because even online tutorial videos don't even match the phones software. I'm not sure what I am doing but when I swipe on the screen it shrinks the app into a smaller window. I thought I disabled this feature twice but it's still doing it and you can not close the window out as it'll just bounce around on the screen. I have to close the phone then reopen and then I can close the app then it'll reopen in a full size window. Don't even get me started on the extremely poor performance of the baby. I'm not a heavy user, I should not have to recharge this phone twice in one day when it's only a month old. Too many other issues to complain about so with that I'll never get another Samsung.

Phone is great. Nothing anymore special than the s23 plus I upgraded from. Slightly faster maybe if im on wifi. Nothing seems different. Except, four seperate times in the last month or so my alarm just hasn't gone off. I have bixby disabled, I dont use the do not disturb feature. Volume is at max on the alarm and media/phone volume are their own seperate from alarm volume. Other than that its a phone. Glad I didnt waste money on it.
