Love the new phone but the process to return the trade in was terrible. First they wanted me to take it to a store located 7 hours away from my home. Then were going to send a label and didn’t. Then they said take it to an authorized retailer which was a 2 hour drive. They said they cannot take it. Finally was told to take it to a. Arizona owned store. It was a 6 hour round trip. They were able to take it and all turned out okay.

They really need to improve their customer service

The information I received was incorrect. I was told to go to the store and my new phone could be ordered and delivered there, but when I went to the store, they told me that they could not have them delivered there

In this case I expect to have an increase in my billing of a few dollars, it amounts to quite a bit more. Never fall fall for the “it’s on us”, as they will get you at the end

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

In March 2024 I bought an S24 Ultra from the Samsung website and at first loved it. 6 months later I traded it with someone for an iPhone 15 Pro Max because because Samsung updated it and made and battery life worse. Anyways my 15 Pro Max started overheating about 5 months went to Apple to get all parts replaced just to find out some board failed. After many reviews watched I eventually got this 16 Pro Max 2 weeks ago and so far I love it, the battery life is awesome, the screen is bigger and better looking, I get better reception with and Snapdragon X71 Modem, it’s faster, doesn’t over heat, better camera, better vibration I’ve noticed as well. The only downside I have with this phone is the phone freezes once when I was trying to take a picture of something to search it but then a restart fixed it, also the Picture Cleanup sucks, I don’t use it anyways and never really did on the S24 Ultra. I forgot to mention that if you hold down the power button and say “what’s this song” it works very well.I do recommend this phone.

Moved from an android to the iPhone for the first time. Initially was impressed. But in a few days I see the battery drains much faster for a $1200 phone and is less efficient as compared to my 3 year old android device
