Very high tech phone,love it although it took some getting used to

Apple Intelligence is available in beta on all iPhone 16 models, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max, with Siri and device language set to U.S. English, as an iOS 18 update. English (Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, UK) language support available this December. Some features and support for additional languages, like Chinese, English (India, Singapore), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, Vietnamese, and others, will be coming over the course of the next year.
Battery life varies by use and configuration. See apple.com/batteries for more information.
Accessories sold separately.
The displays have rounded corners. When measured as a rectangle, the screen is 6.12 inches (iPhone 16), 6.69 inches (iPhone 16 Plus), 6.27 inches (iPhone 16 Pro) or 6.86 inches (iPhone Pro Max) diagonally. Actual viewable area is less.
Some features may not be available for all countries or all areas.
Roadside Assistance, Emergency SOS, and Messages via satellite are included for free for two years with the activation of any iPhone 14 or later model. I received the phone, delivered right to the house. The phone was easy to set up and use. I reviewed it on utube and quickly became comfortable with it. I upgraded from an iPhone 11. My only concern is the 5g service. It’s designed for a more populated area with many surrounding towers. I only receive about two bars signal where I live. Now when I make calls they get dropped very frequently, which didn’t happen with the older iPhone with 4g service. My wife bought the iPhone 16 also and is having the same problem.

It’s a Phone, not a Status Symbol.

Ok, kids, it’s a phone not a lifestyle choice. Does it work as you want it to - yes. Can you use it for basic communication, photos, video, etc - yes. Does it have a better camera than my admittedly aged previous device - yes. In other words, it was a plug and play replacement for my old device and that was exactly what I wanted.

The screen on the iPhone 16 is Suitable for a small child’s hands - not an adult’s hands. Sure it has Apple Intelligence and a bunch of other great features, but the screen is tiny.

I’m still waiting for refunds from The two preditory orders I cancelled on 3/19/25

In regards to the emergency sos and messages through satellite connection, can others/family message back and forth with me through that connection? And can it be used like a garmin?

Yes, with the "Messages via Satellite" feature on the iPhone 16 (and compatible models), you can exchange iMessages and SMS messages with family and friends when you're out of cellular and Wi-Fi coverage, and they can reply to your messages. -Dee
